Course Application Procedure & Regulations

To register for a training program, the trainee must complete the below steps.

Step 1: Choose the required course

The first step is to select the required course from the list of available courses. This list is available from the Reception or can be downloaded from the center’s website. The course list provides a brief description of each course and its fees.

Step 2: Register and Submit your application

The applicant is required to fill in the Course Registration form with personal details as requested and details of the course he/she wishes to attend. This form should then be submitted to the center along with the required documents as specified in the Registration form. Form submission can be done online or manually by visiting the center.

Step 3: Payment of Fees

Within 1 week of submitting the application form, a notification will be sent to the applicant with details on whether the application was accepted or denied. In the case the registration is accepted, the applicant is required to pay the course fees within the due dates as specified on the confirmation letter. Payment can be done online or manually at the center. In the case the application is denied, reasons for this will be specified. The applicant can resolve the reasons as possible and re-submit the application before its deadline.

Fee Payment and Reimbursement

Course Fees can be paid online or at the training center as per fee payment regulations set by the training center. The clients may cancel their booking with MENA Training Center up to 30 days before the confirmed training date with no penalty charges. Any payments made in this case will be reimbursed to the client. Cancellations made up to 14 working days before the confirmed training date will be charged a penalty fee of 25% of the total fees. In the event of cancellations made less than 7 business days from the confirmed date, the client shall pay 50% of the total fees. Replacement of any participant can be accepted provided it is declared in advance. Participants will be invoiced the full cost for no-shows. If MENA Training Center cancels an event due to low attendance or reasons beyond their control, participants will be notified prior to the day of the scheduled training and full refunds will be issued to all participants registered for that program within two (2) weeks of the cancellation date. The center reserves the right to cancel events that do not meet minimum registration requirements.
